1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HYVE Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Use of Software
HYVE Social is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial content publishing. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software without written permission from Vibe Software Solutions.
3. Third-Party Integrations
HYVE Social integrates with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, and Google Business Profile via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect functionality.
4. Account Credentials & Security
You are responsible for the security of your connected social media accounts. We encrypt stored credentials using Windows DPAPI. Notify us immediately at vibesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you schedule or publish through HYVE Social. You agree not to post content that violates any applicable law or third-party platform policy.
6. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact vibesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HYVE Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all third-party platforms, or freedom from errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HYVE Social.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HYVE Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
