Vibe Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our") builds desktop and web software products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our products including HYVE Social, HYVE Guard, MaXXiE AI, and our website at vibesoftwaresolutions.com.

Desktop Applications (e.g. HYVE Social): Our desktop apps store data locally on your device only. This includes social media OAuth tokens (encrypted via Windows DPAPI), your media library, post schedules, brand profiles, and app preferences. This data never leaves your machine unless you explicitly publish content to a connected platform.

Website: When you visit our website, standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not sell or share this data.

Contact & Purchases: If you contact us or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw card data).

We use collected information only to:

• Deliver and operate our software products
• Process purchases and provide customer support
• Send transactional emails (receipts, license keys)
• Improve our products based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

HYVE Social connects to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, and Google Business Profile via their official OAuth APIs. When you connect an account:

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on your local device using Windows DPAPI
• Tokens are scoped to only the permissions required (e.g. video publishing)
• We do not store your social media passwords
• You can revoke access at any time through the platform's security settings

Each connected platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

Desktop app data is stored locally in your Windows user profile (%LOCALAPPDATA%\HYVESocial\). Credentials are encrypted with Windows DPAPI — they are tied to your Windows user account and cannot be decrypted on another machine. We take reasonable measures to protect data on our servers, but no system is 100% secure.

Desktop app data persists until you uninstall the application or manually clear it. Website contact form submissions and purchase records are retained for up to 3 years for support and legal purposes.

Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at vibesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes occur. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
