1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Vibe Software Solutions product — including HYVE Social, HYVE Guard, MaXXiE AI, and related software — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. Use of Software
Our software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software without written permission.
3. Third-Party Integrations
HYVE Social and related products integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, and Google Business Profile. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect functionality.
4. Account Credentials & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected social media accounts and any credentials stored within our software. We encrypt stored credentials using industry-standard methods. You must notify us immediately at vibesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you schedule, publish, or distribute through our software. You agree not to use our products to post content that violates any applicable law or third-party platform policy.
6. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact vibesoftwaresolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all third-party platforms, or freedom from errors. We are not liable for any lost content, missed posts, or account actions resulting from software use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the revision date at the top of this page.
